What is DocFly?

DocFly is an online service that allows you to create, edit and convert PDF files. Its intuitive interface allows anyone to quickly perform functions such as filling out a PDF form or merging and rearranging pages.

Simply upload your file to our dashboard and choose which feature you would like to use. The best part is that your first three files are completely free! We're one of the easiest PDF editors to use with a wide range of features.

How does DocFly keep my files and data secure?

DocFly takes your privacy and security very seriously. Your files are stored in world-class datacenters operated by Amazon. All communications to and from the service (such as uploads and downloads) are encrypted by default. As a Swiss company, DocFly also adheres to stringent data protection regulations. Do you offer a free tier?

Yes, all the features are available at no cost for free users. Free users receive 3 credits every month, meaning they may only export (download, email, print or save to cloud storage) up to 3 files per month. Paid users gain unrestricted access to the service.

How much does a paid subscription cost?

DocFly allows you to export up to 3 free files per month. Exporting includes downloading, emailing, printing or saving your file to a cloud storage service (such as Google Drive).

Paid users enjoy unlimited use of the service. Please check out our pricing plans which include monthly or annual subscriptions.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log into your DocFly account and click on the dropdown in the top right-hand side of the navigation bar. Click on "My Account" to go to your account page. On the account page, you will see a link to "Cancel Subscription". Clicking this link will automatically cancel your membership. You will no longer be re-billed in the future.

What is your refund policy?

As we offer a full trial of our service, we do not offer refunds on any transactions.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards. We also accept PayPal, which itself includes a range of additional payment options such as bank transfer and other localized payment methods.

Why was my card declined?

A credit card may be declined for a number of reasons:

  • Restrictions on international purchases: some cards may not accept international transactions unless you explictly allow them.
  • Credit limit reached: your card balance may be insufficient to complete the transaction.
  • Wrong information: you may have made a mistake when entering your card details. For example, your card address may reflect an older address.

How do I update my payment method?

Log into your DocFly account and click on the dropdown in the top right-hand side of the navigation bar. Click on "My Account" to go to your account page. Within the account page, you will be able to update your card details. Any future subscriptions will be charged to your updated credit card.
